Elsa Steer is a sophomore from San Diego, California, majoring in Political Science and Medicine, Health & Society, with a minor in Business. She is mainly interested in the Defense industry and National Security affairs. Outside of Vanderbilt Political Review, she is a member of the Vanderbilt Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Team, Vanderbilt Women in Government, and the Vanderbilt International Relations Association. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, hearing live music, and spending time with her friends.
