Young Yao is a sophomore from Shanghai, China studying political science and computer science. He is mainly interested in state political campaigns, intersection between technology and politics, East-Asian international relations as well as U.S.-China affairs. Outside of the Vanderbilt Political Review, he is an active member of the Vanderbilt Running Club and International Orientation Leaders. In his spare time, Young enjoys watching Arcane, Comedy Central, and exploring new restaurants in the Nashville area.
