Neel is a junior from Naperville, Illinois triple majoring in political science, math, and economics. At Vanderbilt, he is also vice president of the mock trial team and an RA in Memorial House. He is most interested in domestic economic policy and international human rights law, and hopes to attend law school after graduation.
