Shaan Patel is a freshman from Nashville majoring in Political Science and Human & Organizational Development on the pre-law track. He is interested in law, public policy, state and local politics, and the relationship between institutions and the communities they serve. At Vanderbilt, he enjoys exploring political issues through writing, discussion, and campus involvement. Outside of VPR, he enjoys meeting new people, attending campus events, and staying involved in the Nashville community.
