Alex is a freshman from Houston, Texas who is majoring in Political Science and Economics along with minoring in Legal Studies and Creative Writing. He is passionate about addressing presidential overreach, advocating for the protection of civil rights, and discussing the legal system’s interactions with corporations. Outside of VPR, he enjoys watching movies, working out, trying out restaurants with friends, fostering cats, and playing football.
